Working with paper is a passion

Paper is an extraordinary material. Different types of paper have a wide range of properties such as absorbency, structure, plasticity, transparency, etc, which have impressed me since my school years. My works are mainly on rice paper and watercolour paper with different thicknesses, grids and ingredients. The research of their characteristics and peculiarities, while painting and drawing, led me to start making paper by myself. The combination of different pulps like Kozo, Banana, Abaka, Linters, Flachs opened the door of experimentation.
